Greer SC- Margaret Pullon, 83, of Richmond, IN passed away Tuesday, January 31st at home surrounded by loved ones. Margaret spent her last few years at home enjoying the company of her great grandchildren. Margaret was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a loving sister and a true and loyal friend to everyone she met. She had many interests, but being a good person, following God, and helping others were her top priorities. Margaret was a very family oriented woman. She always put her children first and there wasn't anything she wouldn't do for her grandkids. Margaret never knew a stranger, anyone was always welcome in her home. Margaret's favorite pastimes included, spending time with her grandchildren and attending church functions. She loved to listen to her country music on the radio, old western movies, and any law and order show. She greatly enjoyed assisting her church with dispersing food to those in need and made many friends while doing this. Margaret always extended a helping hand whether she knew you or not. Margaret’s life was not at all short-lived and although she will be greatly missed, she left those she knew and loved with a lifetime of only the greatest memories. Survivors include her son, Robert Lamb; daughter-in-law, Kay Lamb; son-In-law, Larry Redd; her sisters, Virginia Rodgers and Murie Peterson; Kristy Block, Tim MacArthur, Jory MacArthur, Mary Stites, Justin Stites, Haley Rader, Alec Grady, Jacqueline Lamb, James Lamb, Amie Lamb, David Lamb, Marc Lamb, and twenty-two great grandchildren. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents Walter & Thelma Pullon; two brothers,Cecil and Paul Pullon; her husband, Robert Lamb; two daughters, Brenda Stites and Virginia Redd; one son, David Lamb; and a beloved friend Dewey Olinger.
